Vegetables and fruit are cut, boiled, pressed and dried into paper-like sheets. Text and collage draw these materials into human stories, asking what is lost when nature is understood only through human language and use. As the sheets decay, mould and decomposition give the materials another presence beyond the meanings imposed on them.
